Riverwind at Coyote Bluffs is located along the banks of the Nicola River at the North end of the City of Merritt. Situated at an elevation of 1950 feet above sea level, Merritt tends to experience mild winters with little snowfall and warm, dry, sunny summers.

3. Continue on Coquihalla Highway/Highway-5 (signs for Merritt/Highway-5 North/Kelowna/Kamloops/Coquihalla Highway North) Partial toll road - 113 km
4. Take exit 290 for Highway-5A toward Merritt/Quilchena - 0.5 km
5. Turn left at Highway-5A/Voght St - 0.6 km
6. Turn left at River Ranch Road - 0.5 km
7. River Ranch Rd turns right and becomes Spring Bank Avenue
